In October of every year, visitor can see the raptors flew pass Thailand, in southern coastline of Chumphon, to Malaysia, Singapore or even Australia. If you are bird lover don’t miss this chance to watch these raptors at watch point Baan Ao Thapao.

Thung Wua Laen Beach, Chumphon
Thung Wua Lan is one of the most famous beach with white fine sand, broad area as well as it is the important spot for diving to other island such as Koh Ngam Tai, Koh Ngam Noi and Koh Jorake. Thung Wua Lan, itself is a nice place for beach sport, snorkeling or swimming plus impressive of sunrise in the early morning.

How to go to Thung Wua Laen beach?
Self drive- use high way Chumphon- Saphli- Amphoe Pathio ( no 3180 ) about 16 km. from Chumphon city.
Bus from Chumphon city center- Use bus yellow color line Chumphon- Thung Wua Laen- Saphli depart every 30 minute

Koh Ngam Noi & Koh Ngam Yai

Koh Ngam Noi and Koh Ngam Yai are highly recommend for diving activity with is the wonderful underwater caves. It is about 17 kilometres or about one hour dive from Thung Wua Lan beach. Plenty of anemones here with their pink skunk anemone fish along with sea urchins and feather stars. You may also spot a scorpion fish or two, sleeping turtles and some interesting cowries and other gastropods.

Mu Ko Chumphon National Park

The Mu Ko Chumphon National Park has size about 300 square kilometer with many beautiful beaches in the Parks area for example Thung Makaham Beach, Hat Sai Ri Amphoe Mueang, Arunothai Beach in Amphoe Thung Tako, Tong Khrok Beach in Amphoe Lang Suan and has more than 40 limestone islands, several waterfalls, caves and mangrove forests. Mu ko Chumphon National Park has much of animals species for instance sea birds, lizards and sea cows, the plenty of wonderful of underwater world with colorful fishes and a lot of hard corals. The perfect place for diving is around Ngam Island, there are perfect coral reefs which are the interesting sites for diving.
