Tarutao National Park is the first marine national park in Thailand which surrounding of 50 Islands. Two large group of Island are Tarutao and Mu Ko Adang - Rawi. Tarutao National Park is well known for its history and natural attractions of rain forest, fantastic bay, with beautiful white sand beaches. The waters are shallow and rich of deep coral reef and colorful fish species as it is home to dolphins and sea turtles, while whales and dugongs, although rare, have also been spotted. In year 1982, UNESCO announced Tarutao National Park is World Heritage of ASEAN (ASEAN Heritage Parks and Reserves) Tarutao National Park is a unique tourist destination with various great interests as Koh Kai has a natural stone arch spanning between sand and water. Koh Lipe has been called Maldives of Thailand or white and crystal water with full of coral reefs around the island of Koh Ravi is ideal for snorkeling. As the result, Tarutao National Park still has many attractions to show for every visitor.

Getting There
Koh Lipe is one of island in Tarutao National park in the southern of Andaman sea, 45km from Trutao island and 62 km from Pak Bara pier . Lipe is the center of the tourist of the national park as it is the stop point of the boat from Pak Bara pier in the evening. It is white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters make it a perfect destination for a beach holiday. There are 3 main beaches on Koh Lipe, all within 15 minutes walking distance. The tourist is possible to make one day trip around the islands group as each island is nearby islands such as Koh Adang, Koh Rawi, Koh Hin Ngam Island and end up the trip to Koh Lipe in the evening before depart to Satun in next day.
